		<description>My favorite recipe comes from Mr. B&#039;s Bistro in New Orleans - they gave me the recipe when I was last there, plus I bought their cookbook and it is one of the recipes included. As an aside, their version of Chicken and Sausage Gumbo, that they call Gumbo Ya Ya, is the best that I&#039;ve ever had. I have made both of these recipes at home and people love them....</description>
